Terms of Service

By using Roamzy you agree to the following terms. Roamzy is a global eSIM service operated as an MVP. Reading time: ~3 minutes.

1. The product

Roamzy provides a single global eSIM with per-megabyte billing in USDT. There are no recurring charges. There are no expiring data packages. The eSIM stays valid as long as its eSIM balance stays positive.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by NowPayments. We accept stablecoins only — USDT and USDC on the networks whitelisted at checkout (TRC-20, BEP-20, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, Solana, TON); no ETH mainnet. Minimum top-up is 20 USDT. Maximum top-up at MVP is 200 USDT per transaction. We chose stablecoin-only to avoid FX volatility for both you (your balance stays at face value) and us (no exposure to crypto price swings).

3. Refund policy

Remaining eSIM balances are refundable on request, in the original payment method, minus crypto network fees. Process within 7 business days. Used data is not refundable. Failed eSIM provisioning gets a full refund. Country outages confirmed by our provider get a usage refund for the affected window.

4. Acceptable use

Roamzy is for personal travel data use. We don't allow reselling capacity, automated bulk usage exceeding human travel patterns, or use in ways that violate the destination country's laws. Account-level abuse leads to suspension and refund.

5. Service availability

Coverage depends on Venta Mobile's underlying carrier agreements. We disclose every covered country publicly on the prices page. Some destinations are flagged as "premium" because wholesale rates are high — this is shown openly before order.

6. Limitation of liability

Roamzy operates as a thin layer over the underlying network. We're not liable for indirect damages from network outages, billing-system delays beyond our control, or third-party services (NowPayments, Telegram, Google) that we depend on. Our maximum liability is bounded by your total eSIM balances at the moment of the incident.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account from the dashboard at any time. We refund the remaining eSIM balances per Section 3. If we terminate your account for abuse, the remaining balances are held pending review.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to all account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
